St Vincent's Epsicopal Church is at the bottom of Howe Street in Edinburgh.
It contains a war memorial to the congragation for both World Wars as well as a plaque to a RN officer who died in 1896 and another one to the minister's son who was killed in the Great War.
There is also an impressive stained glass window above the memorial to a Lt Col Robert Gayre of Gayre & Nigg. Lt Col Gayre was a renowned expert on heraldry so it's VERY heraldic. He only died in 1996 so this must be a recent addition to the church.
Here's his wikipedia entry
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Gayre
The volunteer on duty very kindly switched on the lights when I asked if it was OK to take photographs but it was still very dark and the plaques need a good clean. I've enhanced the images to try and show the text. I will also post a transcription
Unfortunately my battery ran out so I didn't get an image of the church itself this time.

Plaqus to both World Wars.
There is a an air force association standard beside it and three poppy wreaths on the bench below.
The plaque to the left is not a war memorial but it does commemorate a naval officer who died in london.
