There's a mention on http://www.smartcommunityfife.org.uk/strathmiglo-and-gateside/news/article/gateside-memorial-hall-official-re-opening-22-june/

which says "Following the presentations Rev Jim Redpath with assistance from David Cowling rededicated the War Memorial, which has been moved from the recently closed Edenshead Church to the War Memorial Hall. It proved impossible to move the stained glass windows in the church, which form a memorial to those who died in World War II. Instead, a new plaque has been donated by Dorothy Highland."

That rather suggests the windows are still in Edenshead Church.

I understand that it was not feasible to move the two stained glass windows from the former Edenshead Church, it is now a private house, but there are colour photographs of the windows in the lobby of the nearby Strathmiglo Church.

The two windows were donated by the parents of Captain James Flockhart Thom and were commemorated in July 1919.
