I will be giving a powerpoint presentation at 11.00 the subject will be
"High Wood" giving details of the attack which took place on 30th/31st July 1916.
I will be giving details of the 5th Bn Gordon Highlanders.
I will do lookups of my database and giving anyone info about how to research WWI.
I will be telling anyone who is interested how find out more about their local memorials.
There will be a group giving displays and story boards etc.
The times will be on Gordon Highlander Museum site.
There will things going on on Sunday too but I will not manage that day. |

The programme will run 1000 to 1630 on the Saturday and from 1230 to 1630 on the Sunday.

| The number who attended was small but they seemed to enjoy the talk. It took 20 mintutes and there were no questions but I did have one enquire about a Tyrie man on my database, which I managed to give info and say there was a photo of him in the local paper. |
