Anne, I'll get to these in due course, but it might be a couple of days. Hope you don't mind waiting.

Hi David,

Thank you for taking the time to do the look-up, much appreciated. This one might remain a mystery!

Cheers,

Stuart

I hope this is of assistance Anne.

(Glasgow Herald 6th October 1915)
"Mr & Mrs George Christison, 2 kelvinside Gardens North, Glasgow, have received intimation that their eldest son, Lieutenant Robert Colin Christison, 10th Gordon Highlanders, is reported wounded and missing since the recent fighting in France. Lieutenant Christison was educated at Hillhead High School and Glasgow Academy. At the former he took a prominent part in athletics, winning many medals and other trophies in various departments of sport. He was captain of the school football team, and a Sergeant in the Junior Officers' Training Corps, in connection with which he earned the reputation of being an exceptionally good marksman. At Glasgow University he graduated B.Sc."
