A book not mentioned in this index but from what I hear from Peter Anderson of Grantown on Spey that it is at present out of print .

The book covers 300 pages on the Grantown on Spey war memorial and it seems from checking further it is available on download

Marked as "limited availability" so from previous experience I'd be surprised if you could get a copy from them.

If you try to buy one from the site, as I did earlier and again now, you can add it to the shopping basket and then go to pay it. I may be wrong, but from that I would assume they still have at least one copy left.

Possibly, but I've ordered things marked as "limited availability" before, only to then receive an email saying it's on back order...then several weeks later an email cancelling the order entirely.

I am prepared to be wrong however.

His two books on the Nairn War Memorial as well as Poppies from the heart are available directly from the author.

I had exactly the same thing a year or two back with an air crashes book. It happens when their stock records get out of line with what is actually in the warehouse. Fortunately mine was reprinted this year so I got a copy.

Just had a communication from Military historian / author : Peter Anderson that his 2010 publication called POPPIES FROM THE HEART OF STRATHSPEY - Abernethy, Advie, Aviemore , Boat Of Garten, Carrbridge , Cromdale , Dulnain, Grantown on spey and Kincardine

has been reprinted and he will sign the book if wished

Uk cost will be £14.99 & £1.50 P & P

overseas will vary ( P & P for US and Australia £5 )

An excellent produced paper back book with excellent contents. A great deal of research has taken place in compiling this book . Ideal reference book as well.
