Dollar Parish Church (or St. Columba Church) is located on Bridge Street, Dollar at Map Reference NS 965979

UKNIWM No: 5770



The Scotsman 14th June 1921

"The Memorial to those belonging to the parish who fell in the war was unveiled and dedicated on Sunday (12th June 1921). The memorial consists of a brass tablet (with 54 names inscribed thereon) and a handsome carved oak Communion table. The tablet was unveiled ny Col. Haig of Dollarfield, and dedicated by the Rev. Professor Duncan of St. Andrew's University; and the Communion table was unveiled by Mr. R. Stanhouse, senior elder and dedicated by the Rev R. S. McClelland, B.D., Minister of the parish. The sermon was preached by the Rev. Professor Duncan and the Rev. J. Campbell, Dollar; and the Rev. J. Taylor, B.D., Dollar assited at the service."
