Listed in Perth 'Golden Book'
LOW, JAMES, PTE., ROYAL SCOTS FUS.
I struggled with this casualty until spotting this;
THE PEOPLE'S JOURNAL: 15.11.1919
IN MEMORIUM
LOW - In loving memory of my dear son, Pte. James Low, R.S.F., who died at Greenock Infirmary of pneumonia, 12th Nov., 1918.
Gone, but not forgotten.
He has crossed the dark tide, and reached the far shore,
Where sufferings and sighing tears are no more;
Still one joy remains, though he's now gone to rest,
We will meet him again in the realms of the blest.
- Inserted by his sorrowing mother, brother, and sisters - 2 Bridge Lane, Perth.
I don't see him on CWGC

Without sight of the certificate but on the basis of typical Labour Corps unit names, it possibly will be Area Employment Company.

He should go though ok. The process is often speeded up by the fact the casualty was serving at his death.
His regiment will be shown as Labour Corps attd. R.S.F. _________________ Jim
