This one for SNWM

http://www.hut-six.co.uk/cgi-bin/searchswm.php

Not sure how useful it will be so it's a bit embryonic at the moment.

Limited to 1000 results and finds partial match on all fields.

Only the 'Regiment' has a selector list, the other fields are too variable in their content to use drop downs.

Also the results are not sorted.

Could be improved it if proves useful?

Huge thanks to Jim for this one Smile

cheers,

geoff

WoW! This is a cracking resource.
I'm sure this will prove very useful and enlightening - such as:

Over 1000 Scots killed at Loos on 25/9/15....... Shocked
It certainly brings it all home.

Brilliant resource Geoff. Being able to search on the extra fields is a big help.

Many thanks

I don't have a page visit counter on line for this but there have been around 1400 searches between April and September. Hope it's of some use

cheers,

geoff

I think all of Geoff's search engines are brilliant. I don't know how I could do without them.

I use Geoff's SNWM search engine way more that the other two. It's a much smaller bundle to sift through when you have little info to go on.

Thanks again Geoff for your excellent resource.
