The WW1 plaque is inscribed as follows:

The WW2 plaque is inscribed as follows:

WE WILL REMEMBER THEM

As stated on the WW1 plaque there is a Memorial Stained Glass Window in the upper back gallery.

Unfortunately there are no further details on the window.
Many thanks to the Minister's wife, Mrs Grace Craig for showing me round the church.

John

These are great photos of church memorials. Brass plaques in dark churches aren't the easiest to photograph.

Do you know if these plaques are for Eastbank Parish Church or Carntyne Old Church?

Kind regards

Adam

Adam,

The memorials belong to the formerly named Eastbank Parish Church.
Ronnie Gray the minister is trying to establish if Carntyne Old Church had any memorials and if so, what happened to them.

John.
