A friend of mine from Strichen went out this weekend and saw the the INVERKEITHNEY CHURCH was open to the public on an Open Day after many years of being closed as it was sold by the Church of Scotland for £5,000 to the TRUST . My friend tells me that the church is now to be used for Public use as a Church for Weddings and Funerals etc . In 1882 the Church was built by Public Subscription !

He photographed the War Memorial inside the church building for me but I see that its on already here .
