His MIC exists which shows award of a pair. However the CWGC won't play ball with any search I try. Location given as F&F. Of the fifteen men listed on the page, only three died on a date other than the 24th August 1918. One died on the 23rd. Robert Inverarity's number is very hard to make out. To the untrained eye it looks like 17167. It's very blurred so that is in all likelihood completely wrong and it is indeed 37168. If this is a possible non-comm, I cna be contacted for the death entry I have downloaded which can be submitted to the CWGC. Unless we find him in their database. I suspect he is a non-com. These are all the HLI men who died on 24/08/1918 in the SNWM database. Most are 5th Bn.
