Also, in the centre of Gretna there is a memorial to the civilians who were killed in an enemy air raid:

The Bombing Raid memorial is outside All Saints Episcopal church in Gretna. Inside the church is a memorial roll listing the names of those who died (I will post this separately). Apparently all the victims were attending a Masonic meeting at the time of the bombing.
The memorial was designed and constructed by E Taylor Stonemason, Gretna. Other details are at the bottom of the memorial roll.
