This memorial is situated inside the present Aberfeldy Parish Church (which was formerly the Parish Church Hall). I think the United Free Church lies on Chapel Street and is now used for the sale of charity/thrift goods.
I thought it unusual to see a WW2 plaque for a Free Church;
