Lauriknowe school is in Maxwelltown (now part of Dumfries).
In addition to the WW1 and WW2 memorials listed here, there are also individual memorials to Tait VC and MacKenzie VC who are both former pupils. None of the memorials are listed on UKNIWM.

There is no list of names (Roll of honour) associated with the WW2 memorial.
