Nationality: United Kingdom
Rank: Private
Regiment/Service: Royal Scots
Unit Text: 8th Bn.
Date of Death: 16/05/1915
Service No: 908
Casualty Type: Commonwealth War Dead
Grave/Memorial Reference: Panel 4.
Memorial: LE TOURET MEMORIAL

I have been searching for this soldier for ages now, (but the family have been looking for him for 95 years) and it was only after I read an article in my local paper today that I realised that I would still be searching for it, had the family not discovered that the name had been spelt wrong on the records.

Please note the name on the CWGC records is Haddon, but the family name and that on the Memorial is Hadden
