This memorial is now in Biggar Museum Moat Park, formerly the Moat Kirk. The museum staff were unable to confirm its original location but it seems to me that it was probably either the Moat Kirk or the Gillespie Kirk - it would not have been Biggar Parish Church because the names do not tie up. The Biggar Museum Moat Park is opposite the parish church at OS Map Ref NT 039 378

The photo shows the present location and the staff may indeed have accession details showing where it came from if anyone has the chance to look further.

I forgot to mention, the roll is not in the public area but is on the wall in the back office so you will need to ask to see it if you visit.
