These are up to date images of Foveran War Memorial. It has been cleaned and re-lettered. I am not sure that the " modern " gate is an improvement.







The inscription reads:
TO THE GLORY OF GOD
IN MEMORY OF THE MEN OF FOVERAN WHO MADE THE
SUPREME SACRIFICE IN THE GREAT WAR

I made a visit to Miannay there are six graves two Gordon Highlanders.
The other Gordon was George McMillan. 3 graves are unknowns.
