The names of James Anderson, Royal Scots and John Anderson Scottish Rifles appear on the memorial.

If anyone can through any light onto these two men I'd be delighted to hear as I have had great difficulty in tracing their respective histories.
At some level, either in the local press, War Office or War Graves Commission, some information has become mixed and I'm attempting to set the record straight for them both.
