This memorial was originally in the Wilson Church, Perth (Scott Street, I understand) but was relocated to St. Matthews Church when the former congregation was disolved;

Yes, I did note the pelican in piety which seems to have been a very much favoured symbol, moreso for the Great War.
A good spot of the airman in shorts....the more you look!
Strong imagery of Jesus showing the signs of the crucifixion in his hands and feet too.
