This was one of the first memorials I photographed many years ago, and I thought I had already posted these images here, but apparently not.

Technically this is a memorial to James, Earl of Angus, but it also commemorates the raising of the Cameronian Regiment.

The memorial is located in Douglas, and is not that far from the spot where the Cameronians regiment disbanded in 1968.
