The original location of this plaque is unknown, but it is currently on display in Low Parks Museum in Hamilton as part of the "Lanarkshire's War 100 Years On" exhibition.

Captian Keith is also named on Hamilton Grammar School WW1 Memorial and on Hamilton Old Parish Church memorial.

London Gazette 11/12/1908
6th Battalion, The Cameronians (Scottish Rifles'); James Lusk to be Second Lieutenant. Dated 9th November, 1908. Patrick Hay Keith to be Second Lieutenant. Dated 9th November, 1908.

London Gazette 13/8/1915
6th Battalion, The Cameronians (Scottish Rifles); the undermentioned Lieutenants to be temporary Captains: — Patrick H. Keith (since killed in action). Dated 17th May, 1915.
