Scottish Veterans Residences provides high quality, supported accommodation for veterans who are homeless or in need.
This Memorial is in memory of Lieut. Colonel James Clark who was the first Chairman of the Institute and sons ofmembers of the Committee.
The memorial was originally in the school named after James Clark before being placed here.
