UKNIWM Ref 54488
Located in the Elder Memorial Chapel in Glasgow Western Infirmary at OS Map Ref NS 563 666.
The infirmary is scheduled for redevelopment in 2013 and it seems unlikely that the chapel will survive so the future of this memorial is yet to be decided.
The placque is sited below a window but there is no reference to the window so it is not clear that the window is part of the memorial, nor does UKNIWM reference the window so it would need research to see if it was indeed part of the memorial but I have included the window anyway. Subsequent building work has meant that there is now no light passing through the window.
