I cannot help with the London Gazette but the SNWM has him as being awarded the MC.

Can't find the original promulgation of the award but here is the link to the citation in the London Gazette.

His Bar was in the New Years honours lists, so no citation.

Cheers,

Stuart

Ken

The LG for the MC is not required by CWGC. They have this decoration detail already. If you want to send me the Bar info I can put it in for you with some others.

Ken

This has now gone forward. His record will be updated in time. Well done on drawing attention to the omission.
