"The Men Who Marched Away" - Liddesdale and the Great War 1914-1918

This book was my first attempt to record the history and the memories of the men of Liddesdale, on the Scottish Border, who perished in the Great War.
It was published locally in 1995 and was largely self-financed. Thankfully it sold out within weeks.
