Within Liff church there is an oak baptismal font commemorating nine men and one woman who died during the 1939-45 war.
The names are

Phyllis Gibson;
James Bradford;
Alexander Finlay;
William Findlay;
George Millar;
John Nicoll;
Edmond Patton;
Walter Small;
Richard Sinclair;
Alexander Steedman.
