IARO I think is Indian Army Reserve Officer or Reserve of Officers. So maybe Captain and Quartermaster, IARO?

Thanks. H. H. Cameron also appears on the High School of Dundee War Memorial. Information on him was scant apart from
"Australians/Indian ARO - died 1919"

In the 1901 census he is an apprentice clerk residing at Bay House, West Ferry.

I could only find the following in the newspapers;

DUNDEE COURIER: 01.04.1920
DUNDEE ESTATES

Henry Hay Cameron, gunny broker, Bay House, Dundee Road, West Ferry,.............1, 105 19 0
