I've just realised this man was on the memorial. The Dick-Cunyinghams owned Prestonfild Estate.
DICK-CUNYNGHAM, SIR COLIN KEITH
Rank: Major
Regiment/Service: Black Watch (Royal Highlanders)
Unit Text: 2nd Bn.
Age: 33
Date of Death: 31/10/1941
Service No: 39435
Additional information: 11th Baronet. Son of Capt. Robert Henry Dick Cunyngham, 21st Lancers, R.A.C., and of Beatrice Eleanor Dick Cunyngham, of Dedham, Essex.
Casualty Type: Commonwealth War Dead
Grave/Memorial Reference: 6. P. 10.
Cemetery: TOBRUK WAR CEMETERY
It doesn't say on the CWGC that his baronetcy was for Prestonfield or that he was the 9th Baronet of Lambroughton too.
I've also not noticed Thomas Peter Dawson BBC Commentator for Scotland before.

According to Wikipedia Thomas Peter Dawson (born in India) died at home of TB and heart failure on 15 June 1943 aged 29.
His only recorded link to the Military was presenting Military Band Programmes in the pre-war years so his inclusion on a war memorial is fascinating |
