Dalziel UF Church was rebuilt in 1915 in the Byzantine style copied from Sancta Sophia Istanbul.
It is no longer a church but is still has Christian connections. It is called the GLO Centre (Gospel Literature Outreach). I was recently at a talk there on the CWGC organised by the Lanarkshire FHS.
Dalziel North Church merged with Dalziel High church in 1970. In 1996 Dalziel Parish Church merged with St. Andrew’s Parish Church to form Dalziel St. Andrew’s Parish Church.
The current church is at 87 Merry Street, Motherwell which very near the old UF church location of 78 Muir Street. I hope the UF Church memorial is in the current Dalziel St. Andrew’s Parish Church.
Thanks
