LARGE STONE BUILDING FEATURING A LONG HALL OF HONOUR AND A SHRINE. ALSO INCLUDES A BOOK OF REMEMBRANCE FOR THE SCOTTISH WHO FELL IN THE TWO WORLD WARS.
MOUNTED ON THE HALL OF HONOUR WALLS ARE MEMORIALS TO THE CAMERON HIGHLANDERS, ARGYLL & SUTHERLAND HIGHLANDERS, FLYING SERVICES, HIGHLAND LIGHT INFANTRY, SCOTTISH RIFLES, ROYAL SCOTS FUSILIERS, SCOTS GUARDS, ROYAL SCOTS, KINGS OWN SCOTTISH BORDERERS, BLACK WATCH, SEAFORTHS, ROYAL NAVY, GORDONS, SCOTS GREYS, ROYAL MARINES, BRITISH DOMINIONS AND COLONIES, MERCANTILE MARINE AND ALL SCOTSWOMEN, INDIAN ARMY, NURSING SERVICES, PADRES, 1939-45 AND POST-45 CASUALTIES, TREE OF EMPIRE, ROYAL ARTILLERY, HOUSEHOLD CAVALRY, RAMC, RASC, ROYAL ENGINEERS AND THE SCOTTISH YEOMANRY, LONDON LIVERPOOL AND SOUTH AFRICAN SCOTTISH AND THE TYNESIDE SCOTTISH PLAQUES, AND THE ENGLISH IRISH AND WELSH. _________________ Jim

Checked regions but did not spot the Capital had it's own section.
Please delete this thread. It may be useful to add the UKNIWM details at the start of the other one.

Yes they are good photographs ruined by my ham-fisted copying. I must try and scan them. Luckily for us very little has changed within the shrine so it still looks very like the day these photographs were taken.
I have added your UKNIWM details to the first post in the thread and I'll delete this one later tonight once you've seen what I've done.

Excellent news about supplying additional names. Having seen the anual report it looks like they add or amend about 40 names a year so you've got 2010 off to a flying start!
