I am a bit confused here! I have a postcard showing Leven War Memorial, Durie Street, Fife. However, Leven does not appear on the Fife List. According to UKNIWM this Memorial is no 5740. On the Fife list this number is given for Leuchars WM. UKNIWM have Leuchars as no 44256 and describes it as being 'on a hill overlooking cemetery' - this is as shown in your photographs. But Leven is an obelisk and there is a photo of it on www.geograph.org.uk/photo/474760
Can you help, please?

Leven is listed under its parish name of Scoonie.

Many thanks for your reply. Not being a 'Fifer' I had no idea to look under Scoonie. However, the photos given agree with the postcard I have of 'Leven' War Memorial. Thanks!
