At Edinkillie Church there is a Communion Table with brass Dedication Plaque which reads-

DEDICATED TO THE GLORY OF GOD / AND TO THE MEMORY OF / FLYING OFFICER ROBERT BRUCE / R.A.F.V.R. / KILLED ON ACTIVE SERVICE MAY 23 1941 / AGED 26 YEARS / THE GIFT OF HIS PARENTS, GRANDMOTHHER & SISTERS / LIBERTATIS VINDEX MORTUUS EST.
