A view of the cathedral and a couple more of the memorial. Also some pictures of the Rood Cross, this is part of the memorial. Designed by Sir Robert Lorimer and carved by Pilkington Jackson. Christ is shown crucified against a background of Flanders poppies.

Do we know the connection between this memorial and the ones at

and

whilst the latter have less names the odd one doesn't appear on this memorial (John Dudgeon RM on WW2 for example)

This memorial is for the Cathedral church and its missions, e.g. including the one at Dalry, whereas the other memorials are for the cathedral congregation only.
