Registrar General for thirty nine years
born 13 September 1801 died 20 May 1888

This does not classify as a war memorial for national purposes as his death was clearly in no way related to his military service, also it gives insufficient information on what that service might have been.

To the best of my memory there is no memorial to him at the Netherby estate church at Kirkandrews-on-Esk, which is just in England.
