The little logo on the last plaque is for this organisation:
Siol nan Giadheal - the Scottish Cultural and Fraternal Organisation.
I don't know anything about them but they seem to be an ultra- nationalist political organisation of some sort. Probably best not dwell on their activities since this forum is not here for poltical discussion.

Alexander Walker Pte 4/5 Black Watch
Alexander Walker – age 34 – Private (6337 & 202238) 4th /5th Battalion, Black Watch (Royal Highlanders)
Alexander was a gardener at Stracathro House when he enlisted.
Born 1882 at Brechin, Forfarshire/Angus. Son of Alexander and Jane Dalziel (Stoba) Walker of Roadside, New Abbey, Kirkcudbrightshire.

Husband of Ina Reid of 6 Glamis Road, Forfar who he married in 1913 in Stracathro, Forfarshire.
(Source:Army Registers of Soldiers effects and GRoS – Marriage Register)
Killed in Action on 7 February 1917 and buried in Vlamertinghe Military Cemetery, Belgium.
Also named on the New Abbey Parish War Memorial together with his brother Jacob Walker, Private (24072) 2nd Battalion, Royal Scots Fusiliers, who died on 30 July 1916 on the Somme.
