The Cameronian crest suggests this is a military burial.

There are no matches for David Heughan Mulholland for 1943, so it may relate to David Walkinshaw. It may also have no military connection at all.

Perhaps a family member might come across this site and enlighten us?

William Angus, VC.

Full details of his story can be found at this website.

The Victoria Cross at the top of this grave is made of what appears to be plastic, and apparently was placed to replace the inscribe VC, which had become worn.
