Alexander Gunn, MC
Died at Guadalajara, Mexico on 14th October 1960.

This is Alexander Grant Gunn, 26th Bn New Brunswick Regiment, Canadian Infantry.His Canadian service record has next of kin detail matching the gravestone, and it also has a note of his date of death.

Cadet Richard Mathie.

I'm assuming here that "Cadet" implies he was some sort of military cadet. He is not listed on CWGC so I may be wrong in that assumption.

Flying Officer Hugh Crighton McDonald, accidentally killed at Brough, Yorkshire, 5th May 1925, aged 26 years.

Hugh McDonald was piloting a Blackburn Kangaroo which crashed on landing. McDonald died of his injuries.

The plane was registered as owned by North Sea Aerial & General Transport, and McDonald had been transferred to the reserve in 1924.
