William Angus has two paving stones - one in Armadale in West Lothian, where he was born, and this one in Carluke, where he spent most of his life, and indeed where he is buried.

It is situated at the base of the war memorial in the market square and was unveiled on Friday 12th June 2015 by Provost Eileen Logan and Mr Angus’s grandson Peter Buxton.

News report on the unveiling.
