Leaving for France on Sunday night for a week on the Western Front. If you would like a photograph of Grave/Memorial let me know. If I'm in that specific area or Cemetery I'll be glad to help.

La Boisselle (34th Division memorial) and the Lochnagar Crater
Thiepval Memorial (18th & 36th Ulster Division Memorial's)(McCrae's 16th Royal Scots Memorial)
Newfoundland Park
Poziers (Windmill memorial)(British cemetery)
Serre Road cemetery
Guillemont Road cemetery
Trones Wood (18th Division memorial)
and the cemeteries close by.
Ypres and the Passchendaele Ridge
Hill 60
Hooge
Tyne Cot cemetery
Menin Gate
St. Julien Memorial, Langemark
Arras memorial
Vimy Ridge
and the cemeteries close by

VC & DSO Book Vol III page 322. London Gazette 1-1-17. Queen's Medal 4 Clasps. Frank only son of Mrs Mary Pickering, Kincardine O'Neil. Husband of Angela Desiree (nee Sutton) Pickering. 1900-01 Val Roll page 226 Mrs Mary Pickering. Father: Henry Dawney Umfreville Pickering. Probate Will Date: 20 Jun 1918. Brother of Ursula Vaughan-Lee. White House Cemetery, St Jean-Les-Ypres B 101 Plot II Row F Grave 03 Aberdeen Daily Journal 07-01-18 RoH Evening Express 03-01-18 Page 4 Aberdeen Daily Journal 9-1-18 Page 2 My mother ws Mrs Vaughan-Lee's companion/secretary. I remember her and have not yet managed to visit White House Cemetery.
The War Memorial at Torphins has the same names as the ones in Kincardine O'Neil. Mrs Pickering Frank's mother had a new "house" built in 1894 and the family would have had the new War Memorial Hospital built on their estate.
