help, tried posting as reply to previous thread, gave up, created new thread at http://warmemscot.s4.bizhat.com/viewtopic.php?t=9039 but the text and links are still not showing.

if you (as a mod) edit, you can see the text - why not showing up as post?

Very strange.

I tried adding a reply which showed up as blank, I then tried editing your original post as you suggested, but the same happened.

I haven't a clue. Confused

I've replied in the new thread. I removed the URL "bookends" - [url][/url] from the links and that seems to have done the trick.

Because they were for YouTube videos I'm not sure it was trying to embed the video in the same we we use [img][/img] for photographs and because of that it was getting confused.
