Location: Vestibule of St Andrew's & St George's, George Street.

One of several plaques within St Andrew's & St Georges.

There is only one Alexander Dea listed on the CWGC database

DEA, ALEXANDER

Age: 19
Date of Death: 11/04/1918
Service No: 34089
Additional information: Son of Robert Alexander and Margaret Dea, of II, Wolseley Place, Edinburgh.
Casualty Type: Commonwealth War Dead
Grave/Memorial Reference: Panel 112 to 115.
Memorial: LOOS MEMORIAL

And this is the most likely candidate for Alexander Haggart

HAGGART, ALEXANDER G.
Rank: Private
Regiment/Service: Highland Light Infantry
Unit Text: 14th Bn.
Age: 36
Date of Death: 24/11/1917
Service No: 38114
Additional information: Son of the late John and Ada Haggart; husband of Charlotte Christina Stewart Haggart, of 4, East Broughton Place, Edinburgh.
Casualty Type: Commonwealth War Dead
Grave/Memorial Reference: Panel 10.
Memorial: CAMBRAI MEMORIAL, LOUVERVAL

In 1947 the Queen Street Church joined with St Andrew's Church on George Street and the Second World War Memorial is a joint one.

The Queen Street Church was sold in 1960 and later demolished.
