The memorial to the Machine Gun Corps is located on Hyde Park Corner. It is comprised of a statue of the young David, flanked by two real Vickers machine guns encased in bronze.

It was sculpted by Francis Derwent Wood and was originally unveiled in 1925. It was then dismantled shortly afterwards due to roadworks and not reconstructed for several decades, being rededicated in 1963.
