Nikonbob, if there is a plaque from a different church then it needs to have its own thread created. The general rule is "one memorial = one thread".

I will create the thread for this one but please remember this in future - it saves on a lot of admin work!

The problem is the UF free church does not exist any more, and both memorials are in the Parish church, Do you still require a separate thread ?

Yes - even if the church no longer exists, the memorial was for a separate church. One memorial = one thread. The same would apply if the First and Second World War memorials were separate plaques - even if they are for the same church, they each get their own thread.
