Son of Maj. Charles William Hugh Bailie and Nancye Laura Bailie, of Duns, Berwickshire.


Remembered by a plaque and lighting and heating in Christ Church, Duns (the Scottish Episcopal Church) - the plaque is hinged, and behind are the 12 light switches, all of polished metal.

He appears on the church WW2 plaque and roll, and on the civic memorial in Duns.
