Major General Wauchope is also commemorated by the Wauchope Memorial Window, Liberton Kirk in Edinburgh and is also listed on the Black Watch Boer War Memorials in Perth and Edinburgh

Since posting the last message Spoons has now posted photographs of the magnificent stained glass windows dedicated to Major General Wauchope in St Giles Cathedral in Edinburgh

Maj Gen AG Wauchope, St Giles Cathedral

He has also found out that he is commemorated in York Minster but we don't have that memorial on the forum yet.

The York memorial is actually in St Columbas United Reform Church in Priory Street and not in York Minster.
