I am being interviewed for Border TV news about Alex Salmond's announcement and the trial of a man accused of painting graffiti on a war memorial. Tomorrow 1030 with the Dumfries war memorial as a backdrop. Not sure when it will be broadcast, will let you know. Wish me luck, hope it goes better than last time.

Poor editing, my answers were cut short and plonked on to some re-filmed questions which were different than what I had been asked. Still worth doing but not as good as I had hoped.

Ah, the sneaky edit.
I was on the news, briefly, a few weeks ago and thought i'd been dubbed! You never hear your own voice the way everyone else does

you can see the previous item at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N_RAw3z5Cow and this follows on - hopefully it is at least partly about the miscreant's trial

not bad I think - but I haven't seen how they edit it yet!
there's already something online at http://www.itv.com/news/border/ but no video yet - just scroll down.
It should be on this evening's ITV Border news at 6pm and will also be online for about a week.

Still recovering from a cold, waiting around for the reporter and numerous waits for passing traffic
I have recorded the item and as soon as I can find a few minutes to edit and upload it to youtube, I will let you know where it is.
I have had 3 emails so far from people who saw the item and have tracked me down. Ho hum, more work.

Paul
It was a great article. If only the others across Scotland had been so good and had an expert on who actually knew what he was talking about, like you.
Brilliant to see and great it is on YouTube.
Cheers
