HMS E-34 was a British E-class minelaying submarine commissioned in March 1917. During her short career, E-34 sank the German U-Boat UB-16 off Harwich on May 10th 1918. On 20th July, she was mined off Vlieland. There were no survivors. (Source: wrecksite.eu/wreck.aspx?16073 )
