Thomas Rourke was a Private in the Lancashire Fusiliers, Service number 40703. He was invalided out of the army in July 1918 having had a leg amputated. He died on 24 April 1920 of Tubercular Peritonitis. There is nothing in the Pension Papers to indicate a link with the cause of death so this cannot be considered as a non-commemoration case.
