The Courier & Advertiser for Friday 18th Nov 2011 has the Craigie column and in its section it has this :
REMEMBRANCE WINDOWS.
"Do any readers attend the kirk at TROTTICK?" asks Forfar reader Isabel Stewart. "Can anyone tell me what happened to the Remembrance Windows?"
"I remember as a child sitting staring at the solemn picture with the names of the fallen below. Every Remembrance Sunday we would all stand and the minister (Mr Sinclair) read out all the names of the fallen in the 1914 /1918 war which included two of my uncles , whose surname was Cochrane.
I think there were two windows one at either side of the pulpit . Are THEY STILL , on show in the new kirk ?
