Just got a replyfrom the Mitchell library and they kindly checked the following for me, unfortunately with nothing found.
Evening Times (Sept to Dec 1917)
Daily Record (Sept to Dec 1917)
Evening Citizen (September Only)
I will add these to the list of those newspapers that have been checked (in the first post of the thread)
The Mitchell library is sending me a list of other possible newspapers that they hold, so i havn't given up hope yet.
If anyone has any new ideas or is able to look at any of the remaining newspapers it would really be appreciated,

It's been a while, so i thought i would try another request for help with regards the newspapers.
The following are newspapers held at the Mitchel Library, those marked in "bold" which i still have not been able to have checked, any help would be gratefully appreciated,
